About AWS-American Welding Society

The American Welding Society (AWS) is a nonprofit organization committed for improving the science &, technology, & application of welding and related joining and cutting processes, which includes brazing, soldering & thermal spraying. The association is headquartered in Florida, US but also conducts events and individual section and district meetings all over the US and also in international locations. The American Welding Society is also well-known for its code & certification process, which gives industry standards for the welding and joining of metals, plastic and other materials.
